EP77 Wild Woman: Embody your Inner Wild with Intimacy Coach Rachel Pringle Urb

See this content in the original post

What does it mean to truly embody the wild one within you?  In a chapter aptly named When Girls Go Wild in the New York Times bestseller Sex At Dawn, Christopher Ryan talks about female copulatory verbalization, aka sex sounds - and how females are always louder than males in bed...and not just humans, this is Sex At Dawn— we’re talking bonobos too. The birth of agriculturalism is what originally oppressed the innate wildness of women. The reason for this, we have discovered, is that our divine feminine leads us to use voice, breath and movement to channel energy through us—be it with sex, birth, or a wild night of drunken karaoke—it is our natural method of processing this totally Bananas existence.

There is an inner wild woman in all of us. We can choose to harness her power or we can choose to resist her. If we choose the path of resistance we are choosing to still living in shame of our true nature. Perhaps it’s time we take a step over to the wild side and surrender to the wonder, power and freedom that lies on the other side. .

“Being wild has come so easy to me… grounding that wildness in a way that makes a difference, I see to be the greatest area of growth.” - Sugar Sloane

So what does it mean to be wild?
