I am whole, perfect and complete. The first time I said this to myself and realized that I actually meant it, I was brushing my teeth. As a huge pile of foam dribbled down to my chin and I smiled big and let out a big exhale. Finally. Relief. Freedom!
I don’t have to do anything I don’t want to do anymore! -Tamiko
Now that I knew that, it was time to start manifesting it in all other areas of my life. The problem was, I had no idea how to do that. Thinking about something nonstop is actually the opposite of what you would want because all I can think of is the fact that I don’t have it. UGHHHHHH. Life throws shit in front of us all the time and we get to choose how we respond. Will we respond from fear or from love? Will we fall into codependent habits or will we stand up for our boundaries? Making other people happy will never bring us happiness. Clit Talk Cast Member Tamiko tells her tale of what has brought her the most joy in her life. Somewhere between no longer making decisions based on how others will feel and letting go of fear around change/loss, Tamiko realized that embracing her truth is the "gateway to happiness" - and it requires self-reliance, self-care, and self-love. Tune in to hear Tamiko tell us all how it's done.
